Orders can be canceled without charge before the Dispatch Confirmation Email is sent. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account. Our 15-day return policy ensures refunds for returned products to your bank account.
