1. 15-Day Money Back Policy

Dvaar Silver International Pvt Ltd offers a 15-day money-back policy for products purchased through our official website www.dvaarsilver.com.

• Once the product is returned under the 15-day policy (not applicable on items above INR 3 lakh), a 100% refund will be processed to your Dvaar Silver International Pvt Ltd account.

2. Refund Options

• Refund the amount to your last payment source or bank account, as applicable.

3. Free Return Shipping

We provide FREE return shipping across India for all products within the 15-day money-back policy.

4. How to Return Products

1. Select the item in your order that you wish to return.
2. Pack the product in its original packing material along with the certificate.
3. Based on the product's value:
   • Below ₹35,000: Hand it over to the pickup representative.
   • ₹35,000 or Above:
     • If picked up by a Dvaar Silver representative, hand over the product directly.
     • If picked up by our logistics partner, secure the product in a tamper-proof packet provided by us. Seal it before the pickup. Once sealed, the packet cannot be opened unless destroyed.
4. Collect the acknowledgment (e.g., receipt, photo of tracking number, or SMS confirmation).

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse and after a quality check, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days to your Dvaar Silver International Pvt Ltd account.

5. Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

We offer Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back exclusively for Sterling Silver products purchased from www.dvaarsilver.com. These services are not applicable to any other precious metals or products.

Lifetime Exchange

• The exchange value will be credited to your account after quality checks.
• The credits remain valid for 365 days and can be used for future purchases.
• Credits cannot be encashed.

Lifetime Buy-Back

• The buy-back value will be credited after quality checks.
• The credit remains valid for 365 days and can be used for purchases or encashed.

Processing Fees

• ₹500 for online requests to cover shipping and handling costs.
• No charges for in-store exchanges or buy-backs (stores not opened yet).
